My Journey

First learning of the chakras at age 11 and meditation at 15, I was thrilled to then find Yoga, Reiki, aromatherapy, and acupressure at age 19. Continuing on with a college education in Sociology, always being interested in what makes us who we are, the cumulation of my life experiences came together when I switched careers at 26 from government work to a move to the Big Island for medical massage school. Now, after 14 years as a Licensed massage therapist, I’m happy to see all the pieces fitting together.

My bodywork has been defined and honored as one of a kind, I feel because I always use Reiki to help me connect with higher purpose/god. In this way, each individual’s experience is heightened because it broadens the bands and horizons on the pure potential of healing vibration.

Completing MY Journey

Now that my journey in life has brought me back to the ocean, in Venice, FL, I'm excited to get with the elements and exchange in the community in which I reside and flourish.  I'm excited to be offering some new services, including the method I have coined, Stretch, Pause, Breathe.    After offering bodywork and yoga for so many years, having a daughter that is entering kindergarten has made me want to keep teaching her and the little tykes to tweens! But the way we label and communicate can often scare people away from the very thing that is good for them.  So, I have taken the words yoga and meditation out of the equation. Inviting you to just think about stretching and moving your body, being mindful about your actions, thoughts, words, etc, learning how to create conscious moments of stillness, and honoring different breathing techniques scientifically proven to help your heart rate, oxygen levels, and create peace of mind, body, and spirit.  I invite you to inquire with me about your unique needs to see how each service below can be catered to fit you and/or your loved ones just right!
